To make a request for facility use, please contact Delhi Alliance Church at 607-746-3714, delhialliancechurch@gmail.com , via Facebook Messenger from our Facebook page or use the form on the Contact Us page of this website.
After we have confirmed availability with you, you can use the forms below to complete the required Facility Use Agreement and corresponding documents. If you do not wish to fill out the forms online and would prefer to pick up a copy in-person, please let us know. There is a bin on the counter in the church office for the return of completed documents. You are also welcome to email the completed documents to delhialliancechurch@gmail.com
*Please note that our facilities are open and free-of-charge to the public however, as a 501(c)(3), we are unable to allow for-profit entities or groups to use the facility to conduct for-profit business due to tax purposes.
Space usage will be specified on your agreement however, please note that use or entrance to any of the offices within the main and upper levels of the church facility as well as any technical, A/V or musical equipment and related items are strictly prohibited from public use.

If the request is for a private use(ie: birthday party, celebration, graduation, dinners), the Activity Participation Agreement (Non-Sports)* MUST be completed in addition by the host in addition to the required use documents.
*This document must be completed and returned to the church AFTER the event so we are aware of participants within the facility.

If the request is for a sponsored group program/activity with minors (ie: use of gym for any sports team practice such as basketball practice), the Activity Participation Agreement (Sports)* for EACH participant MUST be completed in addition to the required use documents.
*These must be completed and returned to the church PRIOR to the participants involvement.
